Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of the CraigCare website.

Effective: June 20, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at craigcare.com (the “Site”), operated by CraigCare, Inc. (“CraigCare,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site versus the Service

These Terms cover the public Site only. Access to and use of the CraigCare chronic care management software and services (the “Service”) is governed by a separate written Customer Agreement between CraigCare and the customer practice, together with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for protected health information. Those agreements — not these Terms — control the Service.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted; or use the Site to infringe others’ rights or violate any law.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and the CraigCare name and marks — are owned by CraigCare or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. No other rights are granted.

No medical advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice and not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing on the Site creates a provider-patient relationship. Patients should consult their own physician about their care.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraigCare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, third-party content; access them at your own risk.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Site at any time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms here and revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute.
